SLC Ad Agency Looking for Project Manager

Project Manager, Interactive

The PM will track the budget and timeline for all the projects and keep the team members aware of how they are progressing against timeline and budget. The PM's primary job is to make sure the project is delivered on time and as close to budget as possible. Secondary duties include leading team meetings, presenting projects to and training clients, as well as organizing quality assurance testing.

Innovative Solutions

  • Develops and implements agency-wide project management system including training staff.
  • Uses technical and client knowledge to develop innovative solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Develops and delivers project scope and estimates that meet the clients needs and budget.

Team Leadership

  • Schedules and leads status meetings with appropriate staff.
  • Acts as the contact person for clarification and decisions regarding the scope and impact to the project.
  • Personally stays abreast of trends, issues, technology, etc and ensures all team members do the same.
  • Collaborates with account team & project team to create the project work order, timeline and budget.

Quality Assurance

  • Holds accountability for the quality of the deliverables on the project.
  • Communicates and manages the project scope to the client and all project resources.
  • Creates and presents status reports to staff/project members and other stakeholders.

Financial Leadership

  • Works with creative and account team to ensure that concepts presented are within the agreed upon budget and scope.
  • Provides updates and tracking of projects against the budget.
  • Ensures projects do not exceed the budget; works with account team to provide change requests if necessary; warns account team in advance of exceeding budget.
  • Monitors project budgets with account team to avoid scope creep and ensure that all jobs are profitable.
  • Offers support to account team in articulating and selling the benefits of TSG handling the Interactive process.
